Memorial Day has come and gone. It is June 1, 2009, summer is here. Here's hoping everyone had a great holiday last week. I sure did, I did not do anything, loved every minute of it.
Pagan went to Doggie Heaven this last weekend. She will be missed for sure. She was such a good dog. Every day will get easier for the Massey Family.
I read that Hana had her 18 month check up. Sounds like she is doing just fine. She went to a pool party on Sunday, she sure looked good in her suit and sun glasses.
Nana got her first ripe tomato today, and some squash. All her plants seem to be doing pretty good. We have one Aggie Tomato Plant that is loaded with blooms and tomato's, sure hope the are good.
Jennifer did not get to come down over the weekend she had to work.
Had to take Nana to the emergency room last Tuesday, her hand had swelled up and was very red. They treated her with steroids for the hand and it is gone now. The doctor said it was arthritis. While she was there they checked her chest, she has had a cough for quite a while.
They gave her an antibiotic for it, and told her to take 3 to 4 breathing treatments a day. Yea right. If she has done 3 or 4 all week would be a miracle. lol she is so stubborn. I guess that is where we all get it from. Any way she seems better now.
The weather has been great. I hate to say it but we do need a little rain.
Jennifer had to have a new hot water heater. Our good friend Mark, went and put it in for her.
He is such a good friend.
Brad is out of town this week again. He is down in Conroe and Bryan area. They sure have been keeping him busy lately. lol It is good for him.

Glad to hear everyone is OK over there.Joes' tomato plants have healthy vines with plenty of blooms but no tomatos.He probably has some by now though.Talked to Big-O Sunday and it looks like he and Ange will be coming home in August to shoot that new series for fox.I need to get out there before then.Well,need to go.Have to take Guthrie to get a bath,have the oil changed in my car and rent a storage down at B&Js'.Having my storage built in a couple of days.Sure do need a new storage.A lady that works for Sis,her husbands' work is real slow.So he'll build the storage and carport.They are about to have thier third child so I'm sure they could use the money. You have some very good neighbors in Glenda and Mark....Consider them family! It has been a very difficult two weeks, but we know Pagan is running and jumping now! I am sure she is still protecting Courtney, too. It is good to hear mom's hand is better..BHH she is a mess! and yes, we all are,too!

hey dian, this is joy. glad to hear all of you are doing good. i bet that was a scare with nana's hand,and maybe she'll do a breathing treatment whenever she needs one. tell her i said hi! we're all doing good. we just had jessica's 26th bday! man, i'm old. next is father's day. guess we'll cook out. i got hooked on courtney's blog. now i look at it every night after work! well hope to see u soon. y'all take care.
